Volunteers' Week

Join us as we celebrate 40 years of Volunteers’ Week and look to inspire more people to make a difference!

Volunteers' Week is an opportunity each year for us to celebrate our volunteers - their stories, their achievements and their vital contributions to our charity. We want to say a huge thank you to all of our St Luke's volunteers, for all that you do.

Without the continued support of our amazing volunteers, we wouldn't be able to keep caring for terminally ill people and their families in Sheffield. From everyone here at St Luke's, thank you to you all.

Les' story

Les first volunteered at our Crystal Peaks shop. However, he now volunteers in our Donation Centre! PAT Testing on electrical donations as they arrive, ensuring they are safe for re-sale.

Over the years, he has tested more than 5,000 items.
