St Luke's is delighted to once again be part of this nationwide campaign, uniting thousands of organisations to empower everyone to make a difference in their local communities through volunteering from 7 - 9 June.
Here at St Luke's, we're doing things a little differently by extending our campaign throughout the whole of May, providing more opportunities to get involved. With plenty of exciting volunteer opportunities available, we're eager to highlight the positive impact volunteering has on communities across the nation, including here at St Luke's.
Last year, over 6 million joined in nationally with The Big Help Out and now taking place again for 2024, it's the perfect time to encourage your friends, family and followers to join the biggest mass volunteering event of the year!
Starting on Thursday 9 May and running until Sunday 9 June, including National Volunteer's Week 40th year celebrations, there will be opportunities for everyone to join in, try taster sessions, and find out more about volunteering for St Luke’s. If you've ever thought about volunteering but haven’t been sure where to begin, then this is your sign to start!

- Help to accept donations
- Help sort through donations
- Help to put stock onto the shop floor

Take part in a Corporate Volunteering day

- Enjoy a team-building day with your colleagues
- Join as part of a big or small group
- Add a spark of friendly competition and see how many bags your team can sort in one day!
