Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Retail Strategy: Craft a dynamic retail strategy that aligns with our organizational goals to maximize shop-floor and online sales.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead with insights by using data to inform decisions and take strategic actions.
- Financial Management: Ensure sustained growth by managing budgets and sales forecasts, focusing on cost control to maximize net income.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee logistics, estates, transport, and donation line functions for optimal value delivery.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards across all retail locations.
- Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead your team with a values-driven approach, fostering collaboration and agility.
- Performance Management: Promote a culture of performance management to celebrate successes and drive results.
- Brand and Visual Merchandising: Ensure high standards in visual merchandising, brand representation, and customer service.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, fundraising teams, and sector suppliers.
