Now Director of AESSEAL plc, Martin previously had a career in the legal profession spanning over 30 years, including being a partner at international law firms Nabarro and CMS before retiring from practice in 2018. Martin undertakes the role of High Sheriff of South Yorkshire for the year April 2021-March 2022. Martin holds a number of board positions across the business, charity, education and voluntary sectors including: Whirlow Hall Farm Trust, The Herbert Hughes Memorial Trust, The Burton Street Foundation, Common Purpose, Sheffield Culture Collective and Castlegate Partnership. He is Chair of the Sheffield Property Association and Non-Executive Director of Sheffield Chamber of Commerce.
