The graduate team at award-winning Sheffield company
Gripple have raised more than £3,650 for our patient services.
Each year, Gripple graduates are tasked with raising money
for good causes and St Luke’s is one of the company’s long-standing charity
partners.
This year’s graduates Claudia Cresswell and Jacob Bradder
planned and hosted a sell-out Cloak and Cocktails Prohibition-themed charity
ball at Sheffield’s Cutler’s Hall in September, with St Luke’s among the
beneficiaries of the evening, which raised a final total of almost £15,000.
“The evening was truly remarkable, meticulously planned
and flawlessly executed,” said our Senior Fundraising Manager Matthew
Sheridan.
“Jacob and Claudia have been incredible to work with
throughout their graduate program at Gripple, and to have delivered such a
spectacular event while managing their full-time roles is no small feat.
“We are incredibly proud to be one of Gripple’s
long-standing charity partners, and events like this exemplify the passion,
dedication and creativity their graduates bring to supporting local causes.
"The fact that the evening raised nearly £15,000 for four
incredible charities, including St Luke’s, speaks volumes about their hard work
and commitment.”
