BODY Shop At Home consultant Fiona Eggar has encouraged customers to join her in bringing a little extra comfort to our nursing team.
Fiona, who herself used to work as a nurse at St Luke’s, asked her regular customers for cash donations with which she then ordered a stock of Body Shop hand creams for the St Luke's IPC.
“I know exactly how hard the St Luke’s team work and how much extra they will be giving at this very difficult time,” said Fiona.
In fact, her campaign proved so successful that she was able to give not only to St Luke’s but also to the Hillsborough Community Nursing Team and the IT Unit at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
“I’d like to thank everybody who helped to make this possible and I hope to be able to do it all again,” said Fiona.
