ACCLAIMED soprano Charlotte Kenny joined the Rotherham Symphony Orchestra for a concert in aid of the 2019 Master Cutler’s Challenge at Sheffield Cathedral.
The evening with a Proms theme – under the baton of conductor George Morton - featured pieces by Richard Strauss, Saint Saens, Grieg, Massenet, Badelt, Borodin, Arlen, Coates, Wood, Elgar and Parry.
And it all raised money for the challenge which this year supports St Luke's and Rotherham Hospice.
"This was a fantastic event,” said St Luke’s Corporate Fundraising Manager Jack Kidder.
“We so much appreciate all of the support which was given to this very special evening of great music.”
