SHEFFIELD’s gin lovers raised a glass to St Luke’s…and raised more than £2,000 for our patient care.
A Gin Masterclass organised by St Luke's supporter Faye Draper and supported by soft drinks company Franklin & Sons was held at the Nether Edge Pizza Company in Burton Road.
The 35 guests enjoyed several premium gins including Spanish sourced Lola & Vera, with tonics donated by Franklin & Sons Ltd.
The evening, which also included a raffle and silent auction, raised a final total of £2,100.
“This is a cause that is very close to Faye’s heart as her father accessed hospice care before he passed away last year,” said our Community Fundraising Manager Megan Senior.
“We would like to thank everybody who came along on the night and made this such a successful event.”
