Join the TRIB3 x TRIB3 Live 28 Day online challenge

INTERNATIONALLY acclaimed boutique fitness studio TRIB3 is taking its support for St Luke’s online with the 2021 TRIBE3 x TRIB3 Live 28 Day Challenge!

One of the most talked about names in the fitness industry today, TRIB3 was launched in Sheffield and has been hailed as one of Britain’s best workouts by the influential Women’s Health magazine.

It has also been named one of the Top 5 hardest workouts in the world by the Sunday Times and now has studios everywhere from Moscow to Madrid, with several more set to open this year.

A keen supporter of St Luke’s, TRIB3 has already raised £57,000 with its previous challenges.

TRIB3’s Ecclesall Road studio in Sheffield – the site where the TRIB3 story began in 2016 - usually offers an in-store 28 day workout challenge every February, with the aim to raise money for our patient services.

But with fitness facilities nationwide under temporary closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s event is being held online, via the TRIB3 Live at-home workout platform.

The company is now offering 28 online sessions - all of which must be completed during February - for £15, with participants looking to fundraise a minimum £100 each in sponsorship with the support of their family and friends.

“Despite all the challenges faced by the fitness industry as a result of COVID-19, the TRIB3 team have once again come up with a great way to get fit for the New Year and do something good for our patients and their families,” said our Head of Fundraising  Joasia Lesniak.

“By working together, they have previously raised a phenomenal £57,000 and we are sure that this year’s event will be a great success too, especially as more and more people discover how much they enjoy the challenge of a home workout.”

TRIB3 CEO Kevin Yates added: “For all of us at TRIB3, this is a cause very close to our hearts and we didn’t want to let the pandemic stop us from raising funds in support of the vital work St Luke’s do.

“I am delighted we’ve been able to move our 28 in 28 challenge online, via our digital platform, TRIB3 Live, so we can bring our community and team together.

“I’m really excited to see how many people have signed up already and can’t wait to get started.”

The TRIB3 Live platform offers a selection of coach-led workouts available both live and on-demand across bodyweight HIIT, core and equipment-based resistance training.

All Live sessions are 40-minutes long while on-demand sessions, available to subscribers, come in a range of durations from 25 minutes to 40-minutes for maximum flexibility.
