Will makes it an early start as he takes on the TRIB3 Fitness Challenge

COLLEAGUES Will Islip and Craig Gray are getting fit and supporting St Luke’s as they sign up for the 2019 TRIB3 28 Day Challenge.

Throughout February, award-winning boutique gym TRIB3’s Ecclesall Road branch in Sheffield is offering clients a 28 day sponsorship challenge which will raise money for our patient services.

And Will knows exactly how tough it’s going to be as he competed in the challenge on its debut two years ago.

“I look back and say it was really enjoyable but I also have to admit that it’s very hard work,” said Will, who will be joined at the daily sessions by Nat West colleague Craig Gray.

“The good thing is that you get to know the people who are doing it with you and you develop a real team spirit throughout the 28 days.

“I like to do the sessions at 6am and for me getting up in the morning is the hardest part but you soon get into the habit.

“And the really great thing is that after a few days you can see a huge improvement in your level of fitness and weight loss.”
