We are also able to offer placements in our shops and Donation Centre where you can learn customer service skills, how to operate a till, merchandising skills, being part of a team and much more. We partner with local schools and colleges as well as the Job Centre to provide these placements which can help you to boost your confidence and learn retail skills in a friendly and relaxed environment. These skills can help you when applying for jobs in the future and are a great way to support your local Hospice.
Placements can be anything from a couple of weeks up to a year to support college courses, with different options in between.
