St Luke's Feedback Group

 

At St Luke’s, we’re committed to listening to every voice and value the insights of those who use our services. To support this, we run regular feedback sessions to help us understand how we can improve what we do. 

Our Feedback Group brings together patients, carers, families, staff, and Trustees, providing a welcoming space to share ideas, experiences, and suggestions. If you’d like to join the group, please get in touch using the contact details below.

Next meeting agenda:

  • St Luke’s website - Help us shape our new website platform.
  • Community boards in shops - The Retail team would like to share ideas about implementing community boards in shops to raise awareness of St Luke's Clinical services, and to inform shoppers of where their money goes via shopping and donating to St Luke's.
  • Transport update - Building on feedback from our previous group, our Clinical team would like to provide an update regarding transport at Ecclesall Road South.

  • "Have Your Say" – A new feature where service users can suggest discussion topics. The last 20 minutes of the meeting will be dedicated to an open discussion based on a selected theme. Please send in your ideas in advance.
