Patient & Family Support at Manor Library

Do you or anyone close to you live with a palliative condition such as cancer, COPD, Parkinson's, Dementia or MND?

Come along to our friendly Patient and Family Support (PAFS) sessions at Manor Library for a warm drink, a chat, and activities. Connect with others, find out about available support, and receive practical guidance from St Luke’s staff.
