At St Luke’s, we’re committed to listening to every voice and value the insights of those who use our services. To support this, I run regular feedback sessions to help us understand how we can improve what we do.

Our Feedback Group brings together patients, carers, families, staff, and Trustees, providing a welcoming space to share ideas, experiences, and suggestions. If you’d like to join the group, please get in touch using my contact details below.

What will happen to your feedback?

Our team will look through and evaluate all the feedback received. A report will be given to the Executive Team and the Healthcare Governance Committee (HGC). The team will also implement and follow-up on any actions agreed upon which will be reported in the annual Quality Account.

We are very keen to expand membership of this important group so if you would like to find out more please get in touch.
