EDUSERV, the not-for-profit provider of industry-leading technology advice, engineering and support, is the headline sponsor for the St Luke’s one day national conference for specialists in end of life care.
Implementing Outcome Measures into Clinical Practice is being held at Clifford House, the new facility for anyone living in Sheffield who is affected by an illness that has no cure, on Friday, October 20.
And the one day conference, aimed specifically at clinical executives, clinical managers, service improvement leaders and board members, has proved so popular that all places have been taken.
The conference will focus on the use and application of patient reported outcome measures, the impact on patients and their families and how to embed them into clinical practice.
During the afternoon session Professor Jane Seymour will chair a consensus building exercise exploring standards in management and patient care with outcome measures.
It has been developed and delivered in collaboration by St Luke’s and Hospice UK.
