The launch campaign for our hugely acclaimed city centre Moor store has been named the Brand Campaign of the Year at the 2024 Sheffield Business Awards.
Our Moor store was launched in summer 2023 as an eco-conscious space specialising in pre-loved and unique fashion and accessories and has since gone on to become one of the most popular shops in our retail chain.
The Brand Campaign of the Year category of the Sheffield Business Awards recognises and rewards the best brand campaigns that have demonstrated exceptional creativity, innovation and impact in establishing a strong brand identity, raising brand awareness and telling a compelling brand story across the city of Sheffield.
The judges felt that our campaign had succeeded in resonating with our target audience, generating buzz and creating a lasting impression and that it demonstrated a clear understanding of the target audience’s needs and preferences.
“We are delighted that the Moor store and its launch campaign resonated with so many people and that its success has been recognised in this way,” said our Commercial Director Kathryn Burkitt.
“The shop’s success is down to the hard work of the staff and volunteers who have made it a popular city centre destination but without the imagination and design flair of our great marketing team, the launch could not have been the success it was.
“Last year, our retail chain raised almost £3.9million towards our patient care costs, transforming supporters’ pre-loved items into tailored care and support for those affected by terminal illness in Sheffield.
“Thanks to the collaboration of our marketing and retail teams, that is a message that has become an essential part of the Sheffield landscape, encouraging people to shop pre-loved and support a charity that is close to so many people’s hearts.”
