CLAIRE Cruickshank has raised more than £3,000 for St Luke’s after months of fundraising in memory of mum Helen Frow.
As a thank you for all the care Helen received during her time in our In Patient Centre, artist Claire created a piece of art which is now on display in the staff room.
And more recently she has been using her artistic skills to create Christmas cards and gift items, including a selection of hand made felted dogs, all of which aren being sold in support of our patient care.
“Obviously it was a difficult time for us when mum was ill but it was made so much easier by the St Luke’s team and all the wonderful care and attention they gave us,” said Claire.
“I know mum appreciated everybody and everything about St Luke’s and that’s why we wanted to give something back.”
Claire’s range of Christmas items can be found on Instagram at Claire’s Custom Creations
And a tribute page on the St Luke’s website in memory of Helen - tribute - is still active.
