PUPIL power saw students beat staff in a fundraising basketball match at Sheffield’s Parkwood Academy…but the real winners were our patients!
Year 11 pupils at the school hosted a day of activities in aid of our services, raising a final total of £228.
This was on top of the £24,000 plus raised by staff, pupils, friends and neighbours for St Luke’s over the past seven years.
“Our relationship with Parkwood Academy is very precious to us,” said our Community Fundraising Manager Megan Senior.
“Their enthusiasm and flair for fundraising really does make a massive difference to the lives of St Luke’s patients and families throughout the city.”
