Christmas & New Year Opening Hours
- Christmas Eve: All of our shops are operating as usual, but they will collectively close at 4pm. Our Donation Centre will be open until 2pm for donations.
- Christmas Day: All shops and Donation Centre are closed.
- Boxing Day: All shops and Donation Centre are closed.
- New Year's Eve: All of our shops are operating as usual, but they will collectively close at 4pm. Our Donation Centre will be open until 2pm for donations.
- New Year's Day: All shops and Donation Centre are closed. Our Donation Line will also be unavailable.
Please also note that our Donation Line will be unavailable from 24-28 December, and 1 January.
Donations:
We are extremely lucky as a charity that we receive so many wonderful donations. To give our shop teams time and space to safely manage volumes of donations, there are certain days they won't be able to accept your donations.
