Tramlines festivalgoers raise over £5,500 for St Luke’s
St Luke’s has raised a record £5,542 at Tramlines Festival, surpassing last year’s total and helping to fund local hospice care.
For the second year running, we brought sustainable style to the festival with a special pop-up shop in the Little Hillsborough area of the city’s biggest music event.
Over 38,000 Sheffield music-lovers arrived at Hillsborough Park from 24 to 26 July to see headliners Fatboy Slim, Courteeners and Wolf Alice.
Our Retail Team curated a range of pre-loved fashion items perfect for festivalgoers, including dresses, shirts, shorts, cowboy hats and waterproofs for when the weather turned.
The pop-up shop also featured a wide selection of accessories, including bucket hats, sunglasses, bumbags and jewellery.
And what’s more, every pound spent over the weekend will help fund our specialist palliative care across Sheffield.
“We’ve had another amazing weekend at Tramlines and loved meeting so many festivalgoers sharing our passion for sustainable fashion,” said St Luke’s Deputy Head of Retail, Sarah Conrad.
“We’re thrilled to announce that everyone who stopped by and shopped with us helped raise £5,542 to support local hospice care. Every penny will help us continue providing compassionate care and support for people across our community.”
“This year has felt even more special as we celebrate 55 years of St Luke’s, and seeing so many people stop by to support us made the weekend one to remember. This is a great example of one of Sheffield’s best-loved events helping to support a local charity that has been caring for our city for five decades.”
55 years of care
As we mark our 55th year, we’re choosing to speak more openly and confidently about the importance of hospice care - what it really is, why it matters, and the difference it makes to families every single day.
For 55 years, St Luke’s has been part of Sheffield’s story. We’ve supported thousands of people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, offering expert care that brings comfort, dignity and choice when it matters most.
This anniversary isn’t about looking back. It’s about making sure this care is still here for the next generation.
