Corporate fundraising is when a business raises money for a charity through organised activity, initiatives or campaigns. Payroll Giving (or Give as You Earn) is a simple, flexible and tax-efficient way for employees to make regular donations to St Luke’s. Contributions are deducted directly from their gross salary, making it easy for staff to give while benefitting from immediate tax relief.
Register your company with an HMRC-approved Payroll Giving Agency. A full list of approved agencies is available on the government website.
Promote the scheme internally using our free communication tools and resources, including a sign-up form, flyer, infographic and awareness poster.
Your payroll team deducts donations from gross salary each payday and sends them to your chosen Payroll Giving Agency, which transfers the funds to St Luke’s.
