St Luke’s marks 55 years of care with special Birthday Raffle and £2,500 top prize
This year, St Luke’s Hospice is celebrating something truly special: 55 years of compassionate care. To mark this milestone, we are inviting the people of Sheffield to join the celebrations, with the chance to win fantastic prizes!
The St Luke’s 55th Birthday Raffle, officially sponsored by Crystal Peaks shopping centre, will be drawn on Wednesday 15 July, and includes a top jackpot prize of £2,500.
What’s more, there are 55 other chances to win, with five £100 prizes up for grabs, plus 50 £10 prizes – meaning more winners than ever before.
Plus, anyone who enters before Friday 29 May will also be added into an extra draw to win a £100 M&S Gift Card.
Every ticket bought helps to secure the next 55 years of St Luke’s care, ensuring we can be here for people facing difficult moments, now, and into the future. Last year alone, the hospice’s raffles raised £60,000 towards patient care.
The 2026 Birthday Raffle is being fronted by St Luke’s Trainee Assistant Practitioner, Amy Stuart, who said: “I support patients and their families during some of the most difficult moments in their lives, offering comfort, dignity and compassion when it matters most.”
“I am proud to follow in the footsteps of those who cared before me. Since St Luke’s first opened its doors in October 1971 as the first hospice outside of London, we have continued caring, all thanks to the people of Sheffield.”
St Luke’s Individual Giving Manager, Laura Martin, added: “We’re doing things a little differently this year to mark 55 years of St Luke’s!”

The closing date for entries is noon on Wednesday 8 July for physical tickets and midnight on Tuesday 14 July for online purchases.
