Volunteers' Week 2022

Volunteers Week 2021

Volunteers' Week is an opportunity each year for us to celebrate our volunteers - their stories, their achievements and their vital contributions to our charity. The theme this year is 'a time to say thanks' and we want to say a huge thank you to all of our St Luke's volunteers, for all that you do.

Without the continued support of our amazing volunteers, we wouldn't be able to keep caring for terminally ill people and their families in Sheffield. From everyone here at St Luke's, thank you to you all.

Wishing all of our wonderful volunteers a very happy Volunteers' Week this June. Thank you for everything that you do.

Sheila's story

When Sheila Shelton first decided she wanted to join our volunteers, she simply wanted to do something good for a charity she admired.

What she didn’t realise is that she would still be part of our Gleadless shop team a remarkable 20 years later. Hear her story.
