Welcome back to our shops

We're delighted to have reopened the majority of our shops, as well as our Donation Centre, in line with the easing of lockdown restrictions in England.

Please click the button below for individual shop addresses and opening hours.

Find our stores

From Monday 17 May, we are now accepting cash payments as well as card in all of our open shops.

We're working hard behind the scenes to get the rest of our shops reopened, and our shop on Abbeydale Road is scheduled to reopen as soon as possible.

What can I expect in St Luke's shops?

Our shops will look a little different the next time you visit. The changes we have made are to create a safe shopping environment for our customers, volunteers and staff. To give you an idea of the changes to expect in store, watch this walk-through video below from one of our shops. We can't wait to see you soon!

When and where can I drop off my donations?

We know that lots of you have been holding on to your donations and we thank you for your patience.

We are accepting your donated items at our open shops and Donation Centre on Monday and Fridays only, 12-3pm. Our Donation Centre will be operating a drive-in drop off service and is the easiest way to donate pre-loved items.

We're expecting a high volume of donations when we first reopen, so please be patient with our staff and volunteers as they are likely to be really busy.

Please do not leave donated items outside our closed shops as it often means that due to exposure to rain, the items need to be treated as rubbish and we are unable to turn the donations into money for our patient care. It also adds pressure for our teams to remove the items and creates inconvenience for our neighbours. If you have items to donate, we kindly ask you to drop them off at one of our open shops or Donation Centre on Mondays and Fridays only, 12-3pm.

Please note: We cannot accept donations when our shops are closed

Furniture Donations

We are delighted to also resume our furniture collection service. For more information on how to contact our Donation Line and arrange a free collection, as well as information on items we can and can't accept, please fill in the form on this page. We will get back to you as soon as possible but please note we have been operating a waiting list during lockdown, so there is likely to be significant waiting times.
